About Coastal Giving Tuesday
GivingTuesday is a global movement unleashing the power of radical generosity of giving. It is a day that encourages people to do good in their own community and takes place on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Created in 2012, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity to support tens of thousands non-profits world-wide.
In the spirit of GivingTuesday, a collaboration of 12 nonprofit organizations throughout Horry and Georgetown Counties decided to start Coastal GivingTuesday! Thank you for supporting the nonprofit organizations this past Giving Tuesday on November 28th!
