About Coastal Giving Tuesday 2025

GivingTuesday is a global movement that promotes generosity. It encourages people to give back to their communities and takes place on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Since its start in 2012, it has grown into a year-round movement, inspiring millions to support tens of thousands of nonprofits worldwide.

Coastal GivingTuesday is a partnership of nonprofit organizations from the coastal counties of South Carolina: Horry, Georgetown, Charleston, Marion, Florence, Williamsburg, and Berkeley. This event aims to raise awareness and support on National GivingTuesday, which is on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. If your nonprofit is in one of these seven counties, we invite you to join the Coastal GivingTuesday movement.

The registration fee is $400 for each nonprofit organization. The Coastal GivingTuesday team will host an instructional webinar at the beginning of September for all participants and will provide support throughout the campaign.
