About Coastal Giving Tuesday 2025
GivingTuesday is a global movement unleashing the power of radical generosity of giving. It is a day that encourages people to do good in their own community and takes place on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Created in 2012, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity to support tens of thousands non-profits world-wide.
In the spirit of Giving Tuesday, Coastal Giving Tuesday is a collaboration of nonprofit organizations throughout the coastal counties (Horry, Georgetown, Charleston, Marion, Florence, Williamsburg and Berkley) of South Carolina, raising awareness and support during National Giving Tuesday.
